What is sheltered housing
Sheltered housing is purpose-built rented accommodation for people aged 55 and over who wish to have their own front door, but also have the comfort of knowing that professionally trained staff are on hand 24-hours-a-day should they require any support.
We have sheltered housing schemes in the Northallerton, Romanby and Thirsk areas of North Yorkshire and we allocate these properties to people with particular support or health needs.
In addition to sheltered accommodation we also have a wide range of bungalows and apartments suitable for older people where you can receive our older persons support service.
