Are you passionate about where you live? Could you be a local monitor?

We would like to encourage more customers to become local monitors. This involves feeding back to us on a regular basis about the estate services in your area and is a simple process that doesn’t take up much time.

As a local monitor you will receive an information pack about estate services and a map showing the areas near to where you live that we are responsible for maintaining.

You will be able to let us know your thoughts by filling in an online survey or a paper feedback card each month.

Your feedback is important to us and will help us to improve the service.
