Northern Housing Awards

Our customer Money Advice Service and a development which provided affordable homes for local people is in line for award recognition.

We have been short-listed in two categories in the Northern Housing Awards.

Our Money Advice Service has been short-listed in the category of Resident Support/Advice Programme of the Year, while our 11-home scheme in the village of Gilling West, near Richmond, has been short-listed in the category of Affordable Housing Scheme of the Year.

We will discover if we have been successful when the awards evening takes place in Manchester in 23rd May.

Our extra care housing scheme in Leyburn may also pick up an award in the category of Supported/Sheltered Housing Scheme of the Year. There was no short-list for this category, so the winner will be announced on the night.
