Broadacres is pleased to welcome Keith Holloway and Luke Gallagher to its Board having said goodbye to its board members, Phil Summers and Pete Ottowell over the summer.
Keith, who lives in Ampleforth, brings a wealth of experience having spent his entire working life in social housing in both executive and non-executive roles.
He worked in York, Langbaurgh and Wakefield before spending nine years as the Chief Executive of Thames Valley Housing. He then worked with different housing organisations to develop their governance and leadership arrangements. Until recently, he was on the board of Yorkshire Housing.
Luke, who lives in Ripon, has held several senior roles which have focused on assets and sustainability for various organisations including Keepmoat and Gentoo. He is currently working at Leeds University to help develop their net zero carbon strategy and manage their estate and utilities. Luke is also on the regional board for the North East Chartered Institute of Housing.
