We had an amazing response to our recent survey regarding your experience of Broadacres services.

The results of the survey, carried out independently by the Institute of Customer Service, showed Broadacres to be above average for customer satisfaction, compared to other housing organisations who take part in this survey, and when compared to all sectors, such as retail sector, finance sector and public sector, we were rated average.

This is a positive result for Broadacres and is a good indication that you, our customers, are generally happy with the experience we provide. But we can always do better.

When it comes to reporting a problem or making a complaint some customers felt let down by the way we responded and the speed in which we handled issues. Resolving complaints is really important to us, and we want you to feel confident that we will listen and put things right when you make a complaint or express dissatisfaction.

So, what’s next?  We will look at the detail of your responses and use them to improve your experience of our services. We will also review our approach to complaints.
