Broadacres is committed to openness and transparency is its work and decision making.  As part of this commitment we collate, on at least an annual basis, potential and actual conflicts of interest of board and committee members, our executive team and all colleagues.  In accordance with the NHF Code of Governance 2020, we publish our conflicts of interest register for all board members and committee members annually.  For further transparency we include our executive team within this register. In addition to this annual process, we require board and committee members to declare any conflicts of interest at the commencement of each meeting, and to submit a new declaration in the event their potential or actual conflicts are subject to change.
